Billed as "One World, One Week, One Festival" the Manhattan Short Film Festival allows people all around the globe to view and vote for their favorite short film. This year over 100,000 film lovers across the world will unite in over 500 cities on six continents for one reason...to view and vote on the Finalists' Films in the 29th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival! For the second year, Muskegon Area District Library is providing YOU with the opportunity to be a viewer and vote for your favorite. You can join us at the Norton Shores Branch on Thursday September 24th at 5:30 or if you can't make that showing, you can join us at our Library for the Visually and Physically Disabled on Airline Rd on October 3rd at 1 pm.
